Tracy Stanley is a Realtor and member of MLS. A
long time resident of Tarrant County, he sold his first house in 1965. In
1950, he moved from a small West Texas town, Breckenridge, to another small town- Arlington, population 9,500.
After Arlington High School (Class of 60) and the US Navy, he worked with
his father, Leon Stanley, building many of Arlington's first government
buildings. He and Linda still call Arlington home. He
is recognized for the THE STANLEY REPORTS,
a publication for Realtors and Appraisers that contains thousands of
residential sales. Today, those sales and many thousands more are part of
www.TexasMarketValue.com. In
the mid 80's, he was appointed to the
Appraisal Review Board of Tarrant County.
As the ARB Secretary and with the President's help, Randy, they established the first ARB Policy and
Procedures Manual. In 1992 he was
licensed as a Senior Property Tax Agent. When the law allowed Realtors to
represent property owners in a protest hearing, he used his Broker's license
rather than the Senior Property Tax Agent License. Today, he is a licensed
Property Tax Consultant. |

He is a 35+ year member of the Arlington Board of
Realtors, a professionally trained Mediator, Candidate
Member of Texas Association of Mediators
and listed as a Arbitrator in the Texas Comptroller Registry for
Property Tax Arbitration.He consults
with many title companies and Realtors in their computer needs and marketing. He is an
expert in database migration and conversion, having converted appraisal district data of
over 70 Texas Counties.
